Do you want to help shape the future of social services?

With us, you will have the chance to drive digital development within authority operations, disability care, and individual and family care.

As a business developer, you will be a key person in creating innovative, legally secure, and efficient solutions that make a real difference – both for our employees and for the people we serve.

Your responsibilities

The social services are facing a digital transformation that changes how we work, meet residents, and ensure legally secure decisions. Expectations for efficiency, accessibility, and user-friendly services are increasing – both from society and legislation.

As a business developer focusing on digitalization, you will be a key person in this transition, where you will:

  • Be involved in development initiatives from needs assessment and planning to implementation and follow-up. You will support the organization in change management, lead implementation efforts, ensure participation, and follow up on the effects of digital investments.
  • Map and analyze business needs – through workshops, interviews, and process analyses, you will identify areas for improvement and prioritize actions based on the organization’s goals.
  • Ensure that digital solutions support the organization’s goals, enhance legal security, and contribute to better outcomes for individuals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as managers and employees, suppliers, regions, authorities, and other municipalities.
  • Monitor trends and regulations to translate external developments into strategic opportunities for social services.

This is a role for you who want to contribute to a modern, data-driven, and legally secure social service – and who is passionate about turning technological opportunities into real benefits for users and employees.

About you

You are driven, structured, and solution-oriented. Your analytical and pedagogical skills enable you to explain complex relationships clearly and engagingly. You see digitalization as a tool for operational benefit and improved outcomes for individuals.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in social sciences, behavioral sciences, informatics, or another relevant field.
  • Several years of experience in business development and digitalization, preferably in the public sector.
  • Documented leadership experience and the ability to drive change processes.
  • Experience in information classification and impact assessments according to GDPR.

Meritorious:

  • Good understanding of the social services’ mission, regulations, and processes.
  • Experience working with digital support tools, e-services, or process automation within the areas of social services.
  • Experience with agile working methods and collaboration in agile teams.

In your application, we want you to describe how you have worked with digital transformation and business development, as well as the results this has led to.

Welcome with your application!
